Celebrate Springfield is a nonprofit organization helping locals discover things to do in their area and providing resources to make them easier to afford and access.
Life’s better when you can celebrate the place you call home. We helped Celebrate Springfield create a brand to rally citizens, businesses, and community groups around a common goal: removing barriers to the best our city has to offer.
Celebration Star
In 2022, Springfield, Missouri adopted a new flag, featuring a compass star at the center. This has become a symbol for the city. For the branding of Celebrate Springfield, we were asked to incorporate this star into the visual identity.
Our solution was an abstract brandmark that resembles symbols of celebration like fireworks and flowers. Its series of crescent moons represent Celebrate Springfield’s continual celebration.
