Locke and Stache started with a passion for capturing and participating in action sports. Like athletes in these sports, Locke and Stache finds their edge by bringing the perfect combination of creative flare and technical skill.
Nearly ten years ago, before All True existed, Jacob from our team created Locke and Stache’s original brandmark. Since then, they’ve grown into an award-winning team creating work for iconic outdoors brands, international rock stars, professional athletes, and everything in between. On sets, their ghost in the trees logo has become a beloved symbol for their clients and crews.
We saw an opportunity for the Locke and Stache brand to grow beyond a single symbol to a more robust identity system. By upgrading what worked and supplementing what was missing, we gave Locke and Stache a look and feel that could hang with the group’s top notch work.
Locke and Stache label their equipment with a simple yellow sticker with their name on it. Sets are littered with cameras, stands, cases, and sandbags featuring this visual.
We updated the logotype to strengthen this touch point and establish it as a signature for the brand.
We created a brand pattern and expanded color palette to help them bring more of their creative energy into their site, decks, and branded swag.
